Sausage

The boys got back from Worlds of Fun safe and sound. Pretty tired I must say. Alex loves roller coasters!

I am so excited. We are going to the farm to get Eilysh and my brother and his wife are there. That's not the exciting part, the exciting part is they brought Peabody sausage! It's different than Hilshire Farms or Eckridge sausage. Since I grew up with "homemade" sausage from either Peabody or Hillsboro, I don't like the instore suff. OH, YUM, YUM, YUM!!!

Friday is here

Friday is finally here. Alex and Robert are off to Worlds of Fun. Eilysh is at the farm and Cody needs to get up.

I tried to make a jean skirt yesterday. I wouldn't say I failed, but I didn't make the skirt. At least I tried. I might try again with different fabric and after I have researched it a little more. Now I know why they cost so much.

It's a great morning!

Good morning to all! The kids have gone to school, the husband is still sleeping, all is peaceful and quiet. For a person who likes quiet so much, I can't believe I have three energetic, smart, outgoing children! Alex can hardly wait till Friday. The 5th graders get to go to Worlds of Fun. As he has never been there before, the excitement is barely containable. 3rd grader Cody is just plodding through. Hope his mouth doesn't hurt too much today, 4 year old Eilysh (i lish) kicked him in the mouth this morning. I was blissfully in the bathroom when the mayham broke out.
